Native Texan, Kevin W. Foster, is a 27 year veteran of the hospitality industry, with 22 of those years employed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Mr. Foster's extensive conference and catering experience includes coordination/management of Fortune 500 corporate, sporting and special events. Mr. Foster currently serves on the Editorial Board for Texas Meetings + Events Magazine. Over the past year, Foster has completed numerous projects for hotels, resorts, hospitals, and corporate call centers.

Mr. Foster's main responsibilities included the day-to-day management and operations of the catering, banquet, conference planning, and audiovisual departments. In addition, he managed the sales and marketing of social and corporate events held within the hotel and downtown venues.

Kevin Foster began his career at 18 with the Woodlands Inn & Conference Center in The Woodlands, Texas, supervising meeting room set-up crews. In 1986, Foster joined the Four Seasons family during pre-opening as the Assistant Conference Services Manager at the Four Seasons Resort & Club in Irving, Texas. He was quickly promoted to Catering & Conference Planning Manager in 1987. During this time he organized multiple local and national corporate events, along with the PGA's largest charity golf tournament, The Byron Nelson Golf Classic, for 12 consecutive years. While in Irving, Mr. Foster was elected to the Irving Board of Health for a two-year term as well as holding other volunteer positions throughout the community.

In 1995 Mr. Foster achieved the Certified Meeting Professional designation. He joined Four Seasons Hotel Houston as Director of Catering and Conference Planning in early 1998. He is an active member of National Association of Catering Executives, Society of Certified Meeting Professionals, Four Seasons Catering Task Force, FACES (a children's mentoring program), and an Ordained Baptist Deacon. Foster is also a sports enthusiast - enjoying soccer, softball and running. In January 2005, Foster completed his first full marathon and actively participates in local charity runs throughout the year. In October 2006, he completed the Half Ironman Triathlon distance in Montgomery, Texas and successfully completed his first Full Ironman Triathlon in Tempe, AZ April 2007.

Most importantly, Mr. Foster's active daily schedule includes spending time with his loving wife and two children.
